February 2018 Measurements

So if you watched the million Instagram stories I shared a few weeks ago I'm no longer working with that trainer. I'm not losing 20lbs per month which is making him feel like a failure...so we parted ways.

Ain't nobody need that man!

Anywho, I'm going to continue taking my measurements at the beginning of each month so I can share my progress with you fine folks. 

February 2018 Assessment

Neck - 17.5" (up .5 from January)

Shoulders - 56" 

Chest - 49" 

Right arm - 20.5" (up 2)

Left arm - 21" (up 2.5)

Waist - 55" (up 1)

Hips - 55.5" (up 2.5)

Right thigh - 34.5" (down .5)

Left thigh - 34" (down 1)

Right calf - 20.5" (up 1)

Left calf - 20.5" (up 1)

Weight - 312.4 lbs

Since I'm taking these measurements myself they might be a little off by half an inch or so, but they're in the realm of accurate. 

I just started a day job yesterday which I think is going to help bring all of these measurements down for March's assessment. A day job means I have to meal prep, and when I meal prep I make healthier meals, pack healthier snacks, and have lighter portions. It's only been two days and I can already feel a difference. I'll keep ya posted!
